Weekend in Nantucket. Very cold but boat ride from Hyannis was calm. Saw tons of Long-tailed Ducks, Surf, Black and White-winged Scoters. In the harbors, Common Goldeneye, Red-breasted Merganser, Buffleheads.
On Sunday, walked to Jetties Beach and Brant Point. Didn't see many birds except Yellow-rumped Warblers, Robins, Mourning Doves, various common gulls and one Dunlin.
Too tired to go out to the power plant on Union Street to try and find the Glaucous Gull, but now I'm sorry.
Snowed Monday and the boat trip back was colder and choppier and not such good looks at birds.
