Mill Road.
Saw a Red-tailed Hawk on the tree the whole time above a large flock of Canada Geese. I was scolded by a Ruby-crowned Kinglet and a Golden-crowned Kinglet. Heard a big racket in the woods near the stream...turned out to be TWO Winter Wrens. Didn't get any good pics although one was right out in the open threatening the other for quite a while.
At the cow pond there was a Great Blue Heron. Lots of Mallards.
Went to Town Landing on Mattapoisett Neck Road to play Scrabble with my mother. A Yellow-rumped Warbler came right up to us and got so close I couldn't focus my camera.
