Spent about 2 hours at Long Road. Saw some people taking photos of the parrot feather plants and pulling some up. Also saw a man with a paintball gun. Stood for 10 minutes listening to a Wood Thrush.
A Great Blue Heron got too close to a Red-winged Blackbird nest and got chased. Saw this happen twice a half hour apart.
Went to Horseneck and Gooseberry.
