Morning -- very calm still at West Island, heard tons of ducks, mostly too far but could identify Long-tailed Ducks and Surf Scoters. First Oystercatcher this year.
Afternoon -- Probable Lesser Yellowlegs at Shaw's Cove Road. Also many Canada Geese, pretty Killdeer and a Black-bellied Plover. One Wilson's Snipe flew out as I walked behind my car.
