jan 6 - Field Sparrows at Long Road
January 7 - Peregrine Falcon on Congregational Church in the rain
January 9 - didn't see Peregrine but found duck head in the street near the library. Falcon was seen eating Bufflehead on Unitarian Church
January 10 - Winsengansett too icy, but there was a Red-shouldered Hawk right near the road. The sparrows were hopping around in the branches right beneath his feet.
West Island - crow, rabbit and duck shooters....tons of gunshots. Saw a flock of Dunlin with one Purple Sandpiper and one Ruddy Turnstone. Hacker Street Loon.
January 11 - West Island State Res. -- Short-eared Owl, Long-tailed Ducks, Cedar Waxwings, Snow Buntings
