February 21-- West Island State Res. - Seal (his eyes were both wide open when he first woke up--just squinting now. Lots of Scaup at Hoppy's Landing. Two Red-shouldered Hawk at Egypt Lane, one at Mill Road. Saw a cool muskrat sliding down the little waterfall at Mill Road. Egypt Lane - heard Kingfisher, Mallards, Pintail ducks.

February 15 - West Island State Res. - Dead goose, dueling Downies. Town Beach - Dunlin, Common Goldeneye in marsh.

Feb 13 - Long Road - Red-tailed Hawk, dead fish under the snow.
