Did my SEANET survey at Winsegansett. Best thing was a flock of Snow Buntings. They were snoozing and sunning amid pebbles at first. Then they flew to the sand to eat. Saw lots of Brant at Fort Phoenix on Feb. 10. All week saw Northern Harriers but no pics. Snipe at Shaw's Cove road (no pics) Feb. 16 - Peregrine Falcon in center of town. Hooded Mergansers at Mill Road.
